2018 Gratitude Challenge Day 1
These writing prompts are designed to do a few things that will hopefully lead you to feel more happy and positive. This time of year is often difficult for people suffering from seasonal depression or just holiday stresses; my hope is to help lighten you mood with a few happy thoughts each day.
This won’t take long, all you have to do is take 5 minutes out of your day to answer 4 questions. I’m posting my own answers on our Instagram and Facebook pages in the story; you’re welcome to do the same!
