Gratitude Challenge Day 7

Today’s Gratitude Challenge is all about writing. I chose number 3 (a quote or verse that speaks to my heart) because I feel that at some point in our lives we’ve all had a quote, song lyrics, or a Bible verse that really spoke to us and help us through a difficult time.

If you’re new to the gratitude challenge you can check out the entire challenge here.
If you just missed yesterday you can see that post here.

And, if you’d like to receive the gratitude challenge to your inbox each day I would love to have you as a subscriber; which you can sign up for here.

I’m also participating in the challenge each day so if you’d like to my answers you can find them on our Instagram story as well as our Facebook story.

Now, let’s get into day 7!
If you want to share your answers on social media you’re more than welcome! Use the hashtag #CCGRATITUDE and feel free to tag us!
I understand that some people would prefer not to share there answers so you can always print this page or the image below for your own use. You could also write them out in a journal!

Gratitude Challenge Day 6

Happy Monday!

Okay, okay, don’t hate me. I know..Monday’s sorta suck haha. But the Gratitude Challenge could really help brighten your spirits!
So let’s talk about the Gratitude Challenge!

If you missed yesterday’s challenge you can find it here.
If you missed the previous days you can find them here.

I’m hoping that prompt number 2 helps us all to find some joy through our Monday blues by giving us something to look forward to.

Now, if you look at question number 3 and think Didn’t I just answer this a few days ago? nope, you didn’t. Day 2 had a gratitude prompt asking you to think of a gift that meant a lot to you; while this one is asking about an object.
Yes, the object could also be the gift you came up with last week but I was thinking of something more outside of the box. So when I say “object” I want you to think of something in your life that brings you joy.
For example: Someone once told me that their bed (specifically their mattress) was their most prized possession and made them “super happy”. I remember wondering why but as I’ve grown up I’ve realized how much I look forward to crawling in bed at night and how important (and nice) it is to have a comfortable bed. So, if that is the object in your life that brings you joy then you’re welcome for the idea haha.

If you’d like to see my answers you can find them on our Instagram story and Facebook story.
I’d love to see what answers you come up with; feel free to tag us and use the hashtag #CCGRATITUDE.

Gratitude Challenge Day 5

Before I get into today’s Gratitude writing prompts I want to take a moment to thank all of our veterans for their service. I am so grateful for your strength and willingness to fight for our country and my freedom.
If you aren’t a veteran but know one, please take the time to thank them today. It’s such a small thing but it could really mean a lot to them.

If you missed yesterday’s post you can find it here.
If you are interested in starting the challenge you can check out all of the previous posts here.

Question 2 was designed to make you think about this past year & all the good things you’ve done and encountered. I hope that it made you smile (: .

If you’re interested in finding some fun books to read or just want to see what I’ve been reading, my Goodreads account is linked along the right side of our home page. I always keep it up to date, so you’ll see plenty of books added often!

You can find all of my answers to today’s question on my Instagram story as well as my Facebook story.

Gratitude Challenge Day 4

Happy Saturday!

If you missed the previous days of the challenge you can find them here.

If you only missed yesterday’s post you can find that one here.

When I worked on my answers for today’s gratitude prompts I had to put a lot of thought into number 2. Nearly every holiday, birthday & “just because” gifts I’ve received has held some sort of special meaning to me. Of course the word “gift” doesn’t have to mean something big and grand…to me it has always been more about the giver and the thought behind the gift that counts the most.

If you want to check out my answers you can find them on our Instagram story as well as our Facebook story. And if you’d like to share your answers on social media I’d love to see them! Use the hashtag #CCGRATITUDE and you can tag us if you’d like!

If you’d rather keep your answers to yourself (that’s okay too!) you can print this page or just write your answers to the prompts down in a journal.

Gratitude Challenge Day 4

  1. Something that brought me joy today

Gratitude Challenge Day 3

We are 3 days in! Woo!

If you’re new to the challenge you can check out the other posts here.

If you missed just yesterday’s post you can find that one here.

So for today’s prompts I personally struggled with number 3. I’m not very good at giving myself a pat on the back or acknowledge my own accomplishments. I think it’s really good though to recognize the good things that we have done. There is nothing wrong with stepping back and saying “hey, I did a good job”.

Today’s prompts are below; if you’d like to see my answers you can find them on our Instagram story and/or our Facebook story. You can post them on your story too! Tag us and use the hashtag #CCGRATITUDE so I can follow along!

If you’d rather keep your answers to yourself, that’s okay too! You can print this page and fill it out or you can write the prompts out in your journal.

Gratitude Challenge Day 3

  1. Something that brought joy to me today
  2. Something that makes me smile daily
  3. An accomplishment I’m really proud of
  4. Something I love about where I live

Gratitude Challenge Day 2

Welcome Back!

If you haven’t had a chance to start the challenge you can find Day 1 here.

If you’d like to get the Gratitude Challenge in your inbox you can subscribe here.

I hope that yesterday’s prompts made you happy and got you excited for future prompts! I personally had a little trouble with prompt #4 today. For me, a song that brings me joy really depends upon my mood at that specific moment. But when I was filling out today’s prompts I was thinking of my grandfather, as I often do this time of year (or, if I’m being honest..any day haha)
I’d love to hear how you did with today’s prompts! I always have mine posted on our Instagram story as well as our Facebook story. You’re more than welcome to do the same; you can tag us on social media and use the hashtag #CCGRATITUDE.

If you’d rather not share your answers you can also print this page & fill it out or write the prompts down in a journal!

Gratitude Challenge Day 2

  1. Something that brought me joy today
  2. Favorite drink
  3. My favorite scent
  4. A song that makes my day better
